1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, booking, or occupying Wanderlust Properties, the Guest agrees to all Terms & Conditions, Rental Agreement provisions, House Rules, Safety Disclosures, and Cancellation Policy.
2. Eligibility & Responsibility
The primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age and assumes responsibility for all occupants and visitors during the reservation period.
3. Use of Property
The property is to be used solely for residential lodging. Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are prohibited unless explicitly approved.
4. Nature-Based Property Acknowledgment
Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural wooded environment and may include uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, large rocks, elevation changes, decks, stairs, and outdoor features.
5. Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with indoor and outdoor use of the property and surrounding land.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderlust Properties shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring during occupancy except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Indemnification
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wanderlust Properties from claims arising from Guest conduct, misuse of amenities, violation of house rules, or actions of occupants and visitors.
8. Force Majeure
Wanderlust Properties is not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, utility outages, wildlife activity, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond Owner control.
