Property Use & Risk Acceptance
Guest understands the property includes natural terrain, wooded areas, elevation changes, and outdoor amenities and agrees that use of the premises is voluntary and at Guest’s own risk.
Occupant Responsibility
Guest is responsible for the supervision and conduct of all occupants and visitors, including minors and vulnerable individuals.
Amenity Use
Use of decks, fire pits, outdoor areas, and other amenities carries inherent risks. Guests agree to follow all safety instructions and exercise caution.
Damage & Indemnification
Guest agrees to pay for damages caused by negligence or misuse and to indemnify Wanderlust Properties from claims arising from Guest conduct.
Early Termination
Violation of house rules or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
